Time to mark up those calendars, Gonzaga fans.
The West Coast Conference released the dates for every conference game for both men’s and women’s basketball on Tuesday, revealing the big time conference matchups for each program this upcoming season.
The men begin the conference season with a home matchup against Pepperdine on December 31. They have big road matchups against San Francisco (1/5) Santa Clara (1/7) and BYU (1/12) after that, followed by a pair of home games against Portland (1/14) and LMU (1/19).
Portland-area Gonzaga fans will get a chance to see the men in action on January 28 at the Chiles Center, the first time Gonzaga has played in Portland in a few years after a change to the conference schedule allowed them to skip that game while the Pilots were at the bottom of the conference standings.
Mark Few’s squad will finish the season at home against Saint Mary’s for senior night on February 25, which should be a rocking environment at The Kennel.
The women also play their final home game against Saint Mary’s, on February 18, while finishing out the season on the road against BYU. They bookend their conference slate with the Cougars, hosting them at The Kennel on December 17 to kick off WCC play.
The WCC Tournament is scheduled for March 2-7 at The Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.
